Our range of plugs and covers are suitable for mains voltage applications (110 or 240 volts) and typically used for shore power, marina, generator and berthing applications. We stock shore power cables from ASAP Electrical and WhisperPower available in 10, 15 and 25 metre lengths. These are protected to IP44 or IP56 and use standard CEE 3 pole plugs.
ASAP Electrical shore power plugs are also available from stock. Our blue polycarbonate plug features a cable locking system and silver plated brass contacts, which can accept a draw of 30 amps on both 110V and 240V systems. The construction and design of the plug ensures that it is protected against water to prevent any potential hazards. For extra protection we also provide a plug cover, for use when your boat is not at shore. It is made from waterproof materials and offers protection against the elements to your electrical system.
We also offer the WhisperPower RCD Circuit breaker, which is perfect for protecting your electrical system against electric current imbalance and for preventing electric shocks. It is designed for 230 AC voltage (UK Power) and will detect and break a circuit very quickly if current leakage or imbalance is detected in the shore power system.
