Seaflow Multi Choice exhaust spray heads are the simple way to make a customised wet exhaust system for your boat. Use on new applications, refits or repairs.

Each Seaflow Multi-Choice spray head is made from stainless steel 316, and precision assembled to provide a robust product for marine applications. The engine exhaust and raw water connections are threaded BSP to be compatible with the widest selection of plumbing fittings. We can provide many angles of fitting in stainless steel, brass or bronze, but you can use 'black' fittings if you so wish, providing they are of good quality and are threaded BSP.

Seaflow Multi-Choice exhaust spray heads provide the point where water is mixed with the engine exhaust gas, which should already have been partly cooled by the engine's water cooled exhaust manifold. The spray head then connects to the boat's water cooled exhaust hose of the wet exhaust system.

You will need three basic components:

1) A Seaflow exhaust spray head from the list below to suit the inside diameter of your boat wet exhaust hose.

2) An exhaust outlet flange to suit your engine's water cooled exhaust manifold and the Seaflow Spray Head.

3) You can now connect the two, choosing from the range of BSP threaded plumbing fittings and also adapt the raw water intake pipe to the injection point via the BSP inlet port on the Seaflow spray head. Being screwed, the fittings can be sealed and locked into place in the required position. You can use Quietlife heat resistant lagging on the 'dry' exhaust section and we also offer Hylomar 310 high temperature sealant.

That's it! From a complex 'swan neck' exhaust bend to a simple 'out and down' bend, Seaflow Multi-Choice offers solutions to most engine room exhaust problems.
