The LoPro brings Rule pumping power to tight spaces. The LP900S submersible bilge pump features a fully rotating discharge body for installation flexibility, allowing horizontal or vertical mounting. The Rule LoPro pump is supplied with a choice of different sized discharge ports for 19mm (3/4"), 25mm (1") or 28mm (1-1/8") bore hose.
This bilge pump also features the following 3 operation modes:
- High water mode: The pump starts when the water level reaches 50mm (2")
- Low water mode: Turn the motor cartridge 180° and the sensor is at 33mm (1.3")
- Full Electronic mode: The pump automatically turns on every 2.5 minutes to check for water, if water is detected the pump runs until the water is gone.
Rule LoPro pumps also feature a non-return valve in the straight outlets to stop any water running back down into the pump, although this is not in the elbows to avoid a reduction in flow rate. The non-return valve will prevent any water running back down the pipes into the pump, which would then require pumping out again.
The LP900S features a backup device that will detect if the bilge switch has become covered by oil, grease or debris, via checking the water resistance against the impeller. If no water is present, the pump will revert back to the auto timed mode until the sensor has been cleaned.
The LoPro bilge pump should only be used in the bilges of leisure craft, if used as a sole or primary bilge pump it is only suitable for vessels up to 24 metres (78.8ft).
The entire pump body swivels up to 180 degrees, making the pump extremely easy to install.
